A specialist form of yoga which educates and empowers women through the stages of their Menopause.
I attended Fiona’s menopause workshop on 17th July and for me it has changed my post menopausal life. During the first part of the workshop we sat and discussed each other’s symptoms/experiences and these discussions completely enlightened me. It made me realise I was not alone as to how I was feeling and it gave me the confidence to get in touch with my doctor and to ask for help specifically in relation to HRT. The second part was our yoga practice and during our practice Fiona gave us very helpful postures to help with symptoms such as hot flushes, stress/anxiety and even a position to make us feel save if we are feeling overwhelmed. I have already and will definitely continue to use these postures at home. I am looking forward to the next menopause workshop later in the year. Thank you so much Fiona.
