Welcome to YOGA WITH FIONA I’m Fiona Cash and I am totally in love with yoga! and I really want to share my interest and passion for yoga with you. I teach friendly and inclusive classes in a safe environment where I gently encourage you to listen to your body in order to provide yourself with the tools you need to feel comfortable enough to go deeply within and re-discover your true self. I love to motivate people and I want you to find that healthier, stronger and happier you and support you through your yoga journey.
My first yoga class was in Florida in the early 90’s. It was a Bikram yoga class heated up to around 100 degrees and it was already boiling hot outside! I attended this class as my friend had been raving about it and I had always been very curious to try yoga.

My first yoga class was in Florida in the early 90’s. It was a Bikram yoga class heated up to around 100 degrees and it was already boiling hot outside! I attended this class as my friend had been raving about it and I had always been very curious to try yoga.
When I came out of the class, I remember walking down the steps and was completely struck by how I felt physically and mentally. I felt so strong and clear, bright and calm and beautifully more normal/natural and connected to myself than I had ever felt before I my life. It was if my body had lined up with itself and I didn’t feel at odds with it at all. Any niggles or aches had vanished.
I realised that I had discovered something profound that was incredibly beneficial for my physical and mental well-being and wanted more of it!!
I'm so glad that we have connected.
I really believe in the saying that "Every-body is a yoga body" and really enjoy watching people blossom when they have done yoga. More relaxed, happier and less stressed.

Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on.
Yoga not only helps improves how you feel physically but also helps with your mental well-being. This is achieved through the practice of mindfulness and meditation. We lead super busy lives nowadays and It is important to give ourselves a break, tune in and to focus on just you. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body
